My hoover 700L 7.0 kg washing machine wont spin at all?

when it goes through the cycles everything works except for the motor, i can hear the relay clicking for each cycle and power seems to be applied to the motor because if i give the motor a nudge it starts to turn but doesnt seem to have the power to continue, also it makes a buzzing noise like when a 3 phase motor drops a phase. i mainly need a wiring schematic or diagram so i can check the voltages and the motor winding resistance, but if any1 has seen this b4 any suggestions would be much apreciated.
