how to remove stack pulley from engine?

I have a 17hp murray lawn tractor, and i need to replace the stack pulley off of engine shaft. what,s the best way to remove existing pulley?

Either find some way to lock the engine (not the easiest thing to do) and use a socket plus extension, or find someone who has a compressed air gun that will shake the bolt loose.
