Mend Briggs & Stratton Vanguard 16hp OHV Pulley Tractor Mower

How do you remove the drive pulley from a B&S Vanguard 16hp ohv engine?

I'm swapping the engine in my Countax C500HE tractor, it has a B&S Vanguard 16hp ohv engine, but I can't see how to remove the drive pulley short of brute force and heat! Are there any hidden bolts or keys that I have missed?

Sometimes there is a grub screw in the pulley (I am told) but this one was just rust holding it secure. Heat, wd40 and a big crow bar were the answer
