Faulty Reich Move Control ?

Using the handset, both remotely and directly connected using the cable supplied, the mover won't rotate the caravan in a clocwise direction. Forwards, backwards and anti clockwise work perfectly well. I have gone through the reset procedure a number of times but without success. Could this a component failure in the control box, connection to the motors or problem with the handset - DIY or service engineer required?
