Mend Renault Scenic Door Side Close

how can fix door sagging ?

i have a 51reg renault scenic but the rear driver side door sags so much so that when i close it, its now taking the paint off the frame

first check that the hinge bolts are tight top and bottom, then hold the door (lock end)and gently lift it up feel any movement ? this indicates that the hinges or their pins have worn, replacement pins will be needed and possible special tool
