Mend Bosch Fridge Water Door

I have a similar problem with my Bosch frost free fridge freezer - ?

The water leaks out from the door and actually continues leaking from the door seal as it opens. I have emptied both sections out, cleaned inside and after waiting overnight, switched it back on. almost immediately there was a pool of water underneath. Is there anything I can do or is this a new appliance situation?

the water under the fridge could be from the catch tray ontop of the compresser being full after you defrosted it pull the fride out and try to remove the water out of the tray.
