Mend Samsung RS20CCSV Refrigerator Freezer Defrost

How can I fix the problem of water gathering at the bottom of the freezer c?

Ice is forming at the bottom of the fridge door. Is there any reason for this? I have tried defrosting the fridge but over time water gathers at the bottom which then turns into ice.

Find the internal drain hole and clean it out - the auto defrost feature turns ice into water and the intention is that it drains out - if the drain hole is blocked it just hangs around.
