Mend Samsung Fridge Freezer Ice

I have a Samsung da99-00494v american style fridge freezer?

The Freezer, water and ice all working fine. The fridge temperature is showing 1c but it does not seem to be cooling and there is no noise whatsoever. The light and door buzzer working ok. Any ideas what's wrong please?

give ally samsung engineer a call he will be able to help , we have used him 2-3 times now , he can probally diagnose for you over the phone and send parts if you want to diy repair , you can purchase direct from him ...
