where is the fuse box on a yamaha xl760, 1998?

we are not getting any power to start the waverunner, or to reset the mode, has a brand new battery

under the driver seat there is a black box mounted on the wall! remove the round cover and there will be a in line fuse holder inside pull apart the fuse connection to see the fuse if blown replace fuse with 20a fuse
