Mend Peugeot 307 Mode Battery Change

307 1.6 petrol 2002 limp mode after battery change!?

My 307 has a fault saying Anti pollution fault and engine management light is on. car starts ok, but has no power, it wont rev past 1500 revs. All i did was replace flat battery. Can I reset this fault?

I know yours isn't a Merc but it has got to be worth a try?

You could try this.
Get in the car, turn the ignition on. Leave it on for 10 seconds. Turn the ignition off, leave it for 10 seconds and then remove the key.
That may reset it.

The engine computer will of registered the low battery voltage and put it into protection mode, you will have to get the codes read with a diagnostic reader and reset, £20 from an independant garage.
