Accenta 8 - House Move, help!?

I've just moved into my new home. The previous occupants switched off the mains power when they left (a couple of days ago) and I've not switched it back on yet as I don't want to annoy my new neighbours with alarms going off etc. The Accenta 8 panel is in the hallway and I understand all was working properly previously. Can someone help me with exactly what to do once I've switched the mains power back on at the main fusebox. I don't have any user/installation guides, know any codes or ever had an alarm system before, so any help would be very much appreciated. I can then move in proper and get the kettle on!
