Mend Peugeot 205 Diesel

Peugeot 205 Diesel?

I have a dashboard light showing water in the fuel filter. It comes and goes.
How do I remove water from the system?

I had the same problem, so i drained the fuel filter chamber and replaced the filter eliment. Didn't do a thing, the light still comes on when i accelerate hard. It's not a problem at the moment cos the grear box has bust so the light stays off all the time?
