Renault megane lights, wipers etc wont work?

Hi guys, I have a 98 renault megane coupe which has been a brilliant car...until today!! I noticed that my slow wiper wasnt working and thought nothing of it as my other wipers worked. I attempted to get in car later on and it wouldnt open, once i was in i started fine and drove off, i didnt realise anything was wrong till i tried my wipers which would not work at all, neither would my indicators or lights and i have a flashing lite now on the dash, break lights aint working either!! Now because i have an immoboliser fitted, my car wont start cos it kickc in after 30 seconds and as i cant lock the doors it wont reset!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
