my Renault megane 1.6e 1999 wipers come on when i turn the blower on?

As above, allso when I put the electric window up or down the wiper come on with them switched off. IV had someone to it he said its the fuse box, money for the box £300-plus and cording £100. He's done the earthing and all the fuses and realys.

1999 Megane, £400 + for the box and cording, cost more than the car is worth, about a fiver. As it's a Renault, renown for their dodgy electrics, best advice is, take to a scrappy and put the money you get for it (more than a fiver) towards another car, not a french one, simples!
