Mend Konica Z-Up 120 Switches Switch Light

My Konica Z-Up 120 switches off immediately?

When I switch on my Konica Z-Up 120 camera, all symbols light up briefly, then go off. The battery symbol appears to be all black, seemingly indicating it is OK.
