Mend KAOYI KD323C Faulty Switch Fault

Faulty dimmer switch?

I have a 2 light , floor standing lamp. The rotary dimmer switch has a fault. I have renewed the fuse. One of the dimmer switches now works ok, but the other light is permenently on. The make of the dimmer switch is a KAOYI KD323C. Where can I get a replacement?. I have tried a few search engines
