Vokera compact .is still under warrency but not working?

The red light is on
no water or heating
I was told by N Goldsmith that it was up to me to locate a valve . I told him I could not find it.
He said he was busy ,that it was the water pressure and he would charge me.
I was not informed when I bought it that I had to do anything to a valve.
By the way he knows I have broken my wrist.
