Why is my Indesit Wil 143s making a horrendous noise when on fast spin?

My Indesit WIl 143s washing machine goes through its cycle ok until it reaches the fast spin at the end. Then a clicking noise starts and then it becomes very loud and gets horrendous would this be the bearings or is something stuck in it. I washed my bras in it a few days ago but checked and no wires are missing from them I would be grateful for any help.
