bobbin thread won't catch?

P{roviding you have the needle in the correct way round and it is a good one then you will need to retime the machine, anyone handy can do it, if you email me I will attach full instructions but you will either have to get my email address from any answer from page 25 down or type my email address as you say it not as you see it because this site no longer allows email addresses to be shown.
