SOTTINI DUAL FLUSH-HOW DO I MAKE THE FLUSH STRONGER OR GO ON LONGER?

Hi I have a Sottini dual flush control and the loo is continually not emptying when flushed because the water flush is too short. I think it is set on a "green" or "economy" setting. How do I make the flush last longer or make it more powerful?
