How can I fix my Sottini dual flush?

Pressing the button does not work and water going into bowl the time. Cant undo button to get lid off

prise up the push buttons, they can be removed, and then use a wide screwdriver to remove the circular piece holding the cistern lid.
you may need a new washer in the valve.
