Mend Caroma Uniset Dual Flush Toilet Flushing Problem

How can I fix my dual flush caroma - uniset?

When the loo flushes the water wont wash/reach the front lip, leaving unsightly/unhygenic build-up in the top front of the bowl. Is there a reason why water doesnt seem to be dropping fast enough? Have an identical unit in ensuite and doesnt have this problem. Cant see any difference in setup.

I have a similar problem. Found it to be inadequate fill - only about 4 litres available to flush. Simply adjust water level - easy if it's an arm type valve. If it's a Fluidmaster valve, they have a good website with instructions and diagrams.
