diesel problem 2.5 transit 1992?

i made the mistake of running my van really low on diesel, filled up with 20 quids worth, got as far as the exit and thats as far as it got, it died, i've bleed it thru and checked diesel is getting to the injectors which it is, the front 2 squirt out but the back 2 dribble out, i can get it started with easy start but get nothing when reving, just stays the same ??? any ideas ????
