How to get fuel to the Engine after fuel filer change on Ford Transit 1998?

Diesel fuel is present on inlet to injection pump. Filter replaced and locked into position. (No reset switch found) 1998 Model. No fuel coming out the back of the injection pump when pipes disconnected. Fuel injection unit does not have bleeding pump or solinoid showing.

are you sure filter is correctly fitted with the lugs aligned,was lock ring fairly easy to turn and has it locked in position [arrow aligned with same on filter head].

I have disconnected all the injectors and turned engine until cows came home. No diesel appeared. Nor from rear of pump.

undo the pipe at the top of the injector & then turn the ignition key keep doing till you see fuel on injector, then tighten the nut on injector
