Burnt DC voltage connection to Amilo l1300 Mainboard?

Hi - the +ve DC voltage to the mainboard of my Amilo L1300 laptop has burnt off, and the battery isn't charging, nor is the laptop working off the power supply. I can't be sure where to re-solder the DC voltage of the DC plug on, because the nearest track has burnt away a bit. 2 questions:
1) is it a multi-layered board or just double-sided?
2) does anyone have a mainboard to look at and tell me where the +ve voltage of the DC plug should be soldered to? I can supply a close-up photo of the corner of the board if needed.
