Kitchen Appliances, Freezers Fridge Freezer Working

I (have hotpoint mistral plus frost free fridge freezer)for lost few weeks its been playing up, its been going on and off the freezer been fine now light bulb is blown and the fridge has stopped working. I have cleaned the moter and fan the bottom fan is working fine,but the one inside the freezer im not sure if its working.
