Mend Peugeot Motor Turn Replacing

Peugeot starter motor wont turn?

Have tried replacing starter motor, problem is not ignition switch, tried resetting ECU. There is a click coming from Glove box fuse compartment but thats all. Engine starts and runs fine when bumped. Have also checked all connections to starter mote/battery etc
