Mend Strong PVR 9200T Power Cut Night

How can I fix my PVR 9200T?

We had a power cut last night. When the power came back on our PVR 9200T will not come on. We get the initial scrren that says loading apllication etc and then the scrren is black. The display on the box reads ---- and nothing else happens. Help!
