Mend Teka HA830 Set Oven Power

how can I set my teka HA830 oven clock?

my teka ha830 oven clock can't be set due to a power cut during the night.therefor i can't use my oven!! I would like
to know how to set it again

mine has done this as well, can't even use the oven don't care about the time, how can this be fixed

Mines the same. Display flashes and wont set. Instructions say press up/down buttons to set time then press ok (centre button) but nothing works.
