Cannon Cambridge initial gas but won't fire up?

I have a Leisure Rangemaster 110. Both ovens ignite but stay on very low heat. Neither will increase flame when turned up. Probably thermostat or regulator. Are they difficult to replace??

Not really any settings, , But not fully used to the model, so general. Only setting usually is the clock, which I assume that you have reset, other wise usually, you would not be able to get it to light, The full flame is controlled by a thermal unit above the flame, when it senses flame on, it will as it heats up open the valve for main flame, nothing electronic about it. So as long as you have set the clock, Faulty unit.
