i can.t get my heater to go cold on my mercedes sprinter how do i fix it ?

the heater on my mercedes sprinter 308 won.t go on cold. what is wrong and how do i fix it

Hi, I had same on my vito, control cable behind dash was 'kinked' and would not push control lever down to cold position.Either manually adjust behind dash to cold position or replace cable.

Hi, you havent put what year you sprinter is but i had a 52 plate and you need to take all the dash out, and if you arnt good with tools you should get it done by a garage, if you can push the heater button in and it brings a little light on you can do this and it makes the air a little cooler blowing thru.
