Main 24HE Combi Boiler?

Hi - I have a Main Combi 24HE boiler which has stopped working.The power light flashes about every 3 seconds, looked in the manual, and it tells me every combination of light flashing available, except for the power light? I have had a Gas Safe Registered engineer around who checked all electrics, fan, pump, fitted new PCB still could not get it working?? can anyone help with this one?

Hi av replaced pcb electrodes señor ignition unit still can't get boiler to fire up gas valve comes on high and then it turns off for few seconds then comes back on

The expansion vessel on the boiler at the back needs either replacing or recharging with a foot pump with a pessure gauge u have to drain off the boiler prior to recharging

My Pressure Guage is between 3-4, i've tried to bled the raidators but that does not seem to working the Gauge will not decrease to 1.5. What should I do?
I have bled the radiators for over 3hrs.... Help PLZ.
