Mend Glow-worm 24CXI Glowworm Combi Fault

What is an F4 fault on a 24CXI GLow worm combi boiler? ?

Hi please please can someone help. The combi boiler we have flashed an F4 code, since then we have had no heating or hot water. There is a green light but it only flashes on for about two seconds then goes off again, it just does this over and over, the green light never stays on constantly. Please could someone tell me what an F4 code means and how we could fix it? i would be so greatful for some help!

Glow-worm Glow-worm 24CXI Heating, Home Heating Systems Glowworm Combi Fault

Hello there, I've just had a look in my 24cxi manual and F4 Fault code has a few causes, they are as follow's -
No Gas, Insufficient gas, incorrect gas valve adjustment, electrode ignition lead defect, electronic ignitier defedtive, check air inlet duct and check connections to igniter unit. Hope this helps you out.
