Mend Sabre Combi Boiler No Hot Water Heating

Sabre combi boiler - no hot water?

My Sabre combi boiler doesn't have any hot water although when turned onto the heating mode the heating actually kicks off.
When it is on tap water only the green light flashes for 10 seconds an then turn to red?
Any idea what the problem might be?
