my video and key board ports do not work (computer, tiny, s27)?

First you Need to check a few things can you test the monitor on another PC If Not Can you borrow a Monitor to Check your Graphics .... is it onboard Graphics or a card . is there nothing at all on the monitor . may sound daft but have you checked the fuse. Does the monitor stand by light come on . What PC is it (open the side and get the Motherboard number) you obviously have access to a pc or you would not have posted this. when you have the number and Manufacturer , visit thier website and try them for support.cant help much more with the limited info given.
