Mend Hoover TV 630 Dryer Belt Noise

Tumble dryer, Hoover TV 630, SIX. reverse. Driver belt?

I believe the drive belt on my tumble dryer has snapped as it is making an awful clonking noise. Can I fix this myself and would it be expensive?

If your drum has stopped spinning then your drive belt may be snapped. If the drum is still spinning but making a noise then It may be another problem like bearings .
