Mend Candy 590NB Dryer Working Making Noise

How to get the sides and top off a Candy Condenser Dryer 590NB?

The dryer is working but making a noise. On inspection it is the fan in the bottom which takes the warm air away which is making the noise. I feel that a belt has come off this but cannot get into the machine to see as cannot get the sides or top off.
