Mend Zanussi ZJD1285 Washing Machine PCB Motor

zanussi washing machine zjd1285 spin problem?

load placed into machine washes, drains, spin starts then rinses takes last water drains but tries to go into last spin even though motor turns does not spin either slow nor fast.PCB at the bottom do you think it should be replaced?
