Mend Peugeot 206 Passenger Seat

how can i fix my peugeot 206 seat?

my passenger seat is stuck in the forward position it just wont move no matter what, it seems the side against the door wants to move but the side in the centre just wont budge at all please, please, please help me because i need to get an mot.
