Mend Pretherm 100 Boiler Heat Exchangers

how can i fix my pretherm 100 boiler?

I have replaced both the heat exchangers and the pumpon the advise of a heating engineer because it kept flashin F3 it is still doing this i have had no heat or hot water for 8 days
