Mend Combi Boiler Heating System Radiators

radiators get warm when drawing hot water?

when drawing hot water through my combi boiler the upstairs radiators start to getb warm,is this a sign that one of the heat exchangers needs changing.

more likely your diverter valve is not closing the heating circuit off when it switches over to hot water mode
