Mend Aspera BP10722 Fridge Cold Light

Service Aspera Refrigerator BP10722?

Hi, got up this morning and discovered my fridge wasn't cold. The light stays on but the fridge seems to be warm inside. Changing the temperature dial makes no difference. Can anyone advise? The front of the fridge says Servis but no other info. I got the number from the back of the fridge.
