my integrated fridge is not getting cold ?

my integrated fridge freezer has a problem. the fridge compartment isn't cold because the digital thermostat isn't setting properly everytime I try and reset it it flashes the right temperature for 5 seconds then flashes to H then stays that way. my freezer is fine but fridge isn't cold. what can I do to fix this?

if the compressor is running then it could be a faulty compressor or a lack of gas.blocked pipework or a fan not working.Its very hard to diagnose faults like this on here!
