LANDIS & GYR central heating hot water timer programmer?

HI!
I hope some one can help. I am looking for the manual for the LANDIS & GYR central heating hot water timer programmer. Its old and i can send a picture of it to anyone who thinks they can help! i just simply cannot understand it and its driving me a little mad..

please help :)

I have the rwb-xp model with 6 buttons underneath the clock and 2 white ones on the right. I can give you a brief explanation of what to do if that's the one.
