This has just hapened to our mchine. A bad scraping noise from the drum. With the machine empty I waggeled to drum backward and forwards and rotated it slowly. And by good fortune the end of the bra wire poked through one of the many holes and we spotted it shining a light in. And just pulled it out. Saved 60 pound on a callout
