you need to determine where in the drum the restriction is, ie front edge or along the width of the drum, these type of blockages can be difficult to sort, a wire clothes hanger with a hook turned on the end i find usually will do the job, if it is underneath remove the heater element and sump hose to give you access. by looking inside drum with a flashlight you may see what is blocking it and give you an idea where to start
