Mend Sagem Wont Accept Code

wont accept code?

the code for my sagem freeview box 0000.yet whein log it in the system wont accept it can you tell me why thank you.

I don't know where you got 0000 from as the default code for Sagem Freeview boxes used to be 1234. (And still is as far as I know.)
