Mend Veritas Security System Keypad

Veritas alarm ?

Alarm has been working fine but I had to turn the mains power off and now when I turn it back on the alarm starts bleeping and it wont accept the code on the keypad to turn it off for some reason which activates the alarm - any ideas.
