reset code for ademco microtech/accord xpc?

we used to have our alarm monitord,if we set it off by accident we would entre our pin code and this would cancel the alarm,but the panel will be locked untill given the anti code by monitored service,we caceled this monitored service and have set the alarm off, as normal we put in pin code to silence alarm,then the panel was locked with a ce number being (ce 1 ce83344) and of course no monitored centre will ring to give us the anti code so we are stuck with just under £2000 worth of alarm system we cant use,we rang the alarm company to tell them what had happend they said they cant give us the code they will have to send an engineer out to reset it and to programme it to be reset by our user code so this wont happen again,all this is fine but it will cost us over £100 for a couple of minuites work they are basicly holding us to randsome i dont think this is fair please can any one help if i can get this ce code cleared i may be able to set it to accept our code to reset it????? i cant belivethey can do this to people,many thanks to any one who can help
