Mend Kodak MD1063 Not Showing Picture

camera screen not showing any picture. ?

I have kodak easyshareMD1063 digital camera, the digital screen on rear of camera lights up but does not show any image except for a black 'ink blot' type shape coming in from the side. Any ideas?

sounds like the lcd screen has cracked, this can happen if camera is dropped or has had presure up on the screen.
